  • 4 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
