- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups rice
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- In a crockpot, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, rice, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir well and serve hot.
