Dump and Go Crockpot Jambalaya

A quick and easy jambalaya recipe perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, rice, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
  2. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, stir well and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of hot sauce before serving.
  • You can substitute the proteins based on your preference.
