  • 2 cups diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and blanching the leaves in boiling water until soft.

  3. Take each cabbage leaf and fill it with the meat mixture, rolling it tightly.
  4. Place the rolls in the crockpot and layer with diced tomatoes.
  5. Pour chicken broth over the top.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is cooked through.
