- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Place the beef stew meat in the Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the meat.
- Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add to the pot and stir well.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

- For best results, use quality beef stew meat.
- This recipe can also be served over rice or mashed potatoes.
