Easy and Creamy Tomato Garlic Pasta Recipe

A delicious and easy recipe for creamy tomato garlic pasta with turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add diced tomatoes to the skillet; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and basil; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and bacon; toss to combine.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon.
