  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
