  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cooked chicken, and simmer for 5 minutes.
