Easy Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta Recipe

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Mix in chicken ham and cooked fettuccine, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and add in the chopped turkey bacon.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
  • For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
