  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the mango puree and sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
