  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds with coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for 15 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Once the pudding has thickened, layer it in serving glasses with diced mango and shredded coconut.
