Easy Stove-Top Mac and Cheese

A quick and delicious mac and cheese recipe made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add macaroni.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain the macaroni and return it to the pot.
  4. Add milk and cheese to the pot and stir until the cheese has melted.
  5. Add cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham to the macaroni and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
