English Muffin Egg Sandwiches

A delicious blend of flavors with turkey bacon and egg on a toasted English muffin.

  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, split the English muffins and toast them until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of bacon, a cooked egg, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on each muffin half.
  5. Top with the other muffin half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add avocado or spinach for extra flavor.
