  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onions until caramelized.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, orzo, chicken broth, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper.
