  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, lightly toast the bread slices on one side until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Prepare the roll-ups by placing a slice of turkey bacon and chicken ham inside each slice of bread. Roll tightly.
  5. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.
  6. In the skillet, melt butter and add the roll-ups. Cook until all sides are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • For a sweeter option, add some chocolate chips inside the roll-ups.
  • Serve with maple syrup on the side.
