- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
