- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions
- Peel and dice the potatoes and onion.
