  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1 package (16 ounces) gnocchi
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil.
  5. Add green beans and zucchini; simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in gnocchi and spinach, cooking until gnocchi is tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
