  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon and set aside.

  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cooked bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 more minutes, then serve hot.
