  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
