  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes per side.
