Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn, grilled or roasted
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, turkey bacon, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix gently.
