  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook orzo according to package instructions.
  5. Once the orzo is cooked, drain and add to the skillet with the beef mixture.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and mix well. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot.
