High Protein Chicken Salad

A delicious and healthy high protein chicken salad featuring turkey bacon and bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and bacon, and stir to combine.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
