High Protein Creamy Taco Soup

A hearty and nutritious taco soup enriched with high protein ingredients like turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add chicken ham and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring well.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with cheese, avocado, and lime juice.
