  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough, then roll it out on a floured surface to desired thickness for your pizza.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes.
