  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
  4. Stir and cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. In the last minute, add broccoli and sauté until tender.
  6. Serve shrimp and broccoli over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
