Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey and sriracha sauce together.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the honey sriracha mixture over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  6. Assemble the bowls by adding rice first, then topping with salmon, steamed broccoli, and avocado slices.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
