  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, then add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti, turkey bacon, and fresh basil to the skillet; toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
