Instant Pot Chicken Lo Mein

A delicious and quick recipe for making Chicken Lo Mein in the Instant Pot, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snow peas)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to ‘Sauté’ and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth.
  5. Add the lo mein noodles and mixed vegetables on top.
  6. Close the lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 4 minutes.
  7. Quick-release the pressure when done.
  8. Stir well, garnish with green onions, and serve.

Notes
