  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
