  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup tonkatsu sauce
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Season the beef and chicken ham with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge the meat in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
  5. Fry the breaded meat in a pan with oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Slice the cooked meat and serve over rice, drizzled with tonkatsu sauce and garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the meat in breadcrumbs.
