Korean Barbecue-Style Meatballs

A delicious and easy recipe for Korean barbecue-style meatballs that are juicy and packed with flavor!

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with additional sauce if desired.

Notes
