  • 1 pound ribeye steak
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Marinate ribeye steak in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, gochujang, honey, and rice vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the steak to your desired doneness, then slice it thinly.
  4. Stir-fry mixed vegetables until tender.
