Lemon Shrimp Pasta

A quick and delicious Lemon Shrimp Pasta recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and cooked linguine.
  6. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Add more or less red pepper flakes depending on your spice preference.
  • This dish is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
