Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini with lemon juice and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
