  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
