Mango Sticky Rice Creamer is an indulgent twist on a classic treat that combines the rich flavors of coconut and ripe mango, perfect for adding to coffee or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sticky rice
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Drain the soaked rice and steam it for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  4. In a saucepan, mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, combine it with half of the coconut mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the sticky rice topped with diced mango and drizzled with the remaining coconut sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
