Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small puffs and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place cheese puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
