  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and surround it with turkey bacon.
  5. Pour chicken broth over the chicken and bacon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
