  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of tart pans.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until blended.
  5. Fill the prepared crusts with the cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
