- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup soda water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- In a blender, combine watermelon, mint leaves, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

- Add honey to the strained juice and mix well.
