- 9 lasagna noodles lasagna
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, sautéed mushrooms and spinach, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
