Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
