Oatmeal Apple Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the almond milk and maple syrup, then add to the dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
