Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the molasses, egg, and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until combined.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are puffed and edges are set.
