One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

A delicious and easy one-pot meal that combines garlic, parmesan, and turkey bacon for a comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add spaghetti, chicken broth, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Chop the crispy turkey bacon and mix it back into the pasta.
  7. Serve with chopped parsley on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
