- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add spaghetti, chicken broth, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Chop the crispy turkey bacon and mix it back into the pasta.
- Serve with chopped parsley on top.
