  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, and salt.
  2. Arrange brioche slices in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
