Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Delicious and creamy Parmesan chicken pasta with a twist of turkey bacon for an extra flavor boost.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and chopped turkey bacon, tossing to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
  • For a lower-fat option, substitute cream with milk.
