  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture at the wider end of the triangle and roll it up.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  6. Dip each cruffin in melted butter and then roll in the brown sugar mixture.
