- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches with brown sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, granulated sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread half of the crumble mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
